La Fondation du Rein lance un appel d’offres afin de soutenir des projets de recherche translationnelle dans tous les domaines de la néphrologie, y compris la dialyse et la transplantation. Cet appel à projets s’adresse à des porteurs de projets âgés de moins de 45 ans (à la date de clôture de l’appel à projets) travaillant en France, Belgique, Suisse, ou dans les pays du Maghreb, dans des établissements publics de recherche, d’enseignement supérieur, ou des établissements hospitaliers (chercheurs scientifiques ou cliniciens), statutaires (CR, MCU, MCU-PH, PU, PHU, PH, PU-PH, ou équivalents) ou non statutaires (post-doctorants, internes, CCA, AHU, ou équivalents).

L’Association pour l’Information et la Recherche sur les maladies Rénales Génétiques-France (AIRG- France) lance son appel d’offres annuel afin de soutenir des projets de recherche sur le thème « Maladies rénales génétiques » dans les domaines suivants :

L’appel d’offres dispose d’un budget de 119 000 euros pour financer en 2010 4 ou 5 projets innovants et ciblés.

BOURSE TÉLÉMÉDECINE ANTEL
Appel à projet de recherche
Dans la perspective du développement de la télémédecine inscrite dans la loi Hôpital Patients Santé et Territoire HPST, l’Association Nationale de Télémédecine ANTEL offre une bourse de recherche clinique de 15.000 € (Quinze Mille Euros) pour tout travail ayant pour objet les nouvelles organisations des soins et/ou les nouvelles pratiques de professions de santé en télémédecine. La bourse sera versée en 2 fois : une moitié (7.500 €) à l’attribution de la bourse et l’autre moitié (7.500 €) à un an à la condition que le rapport d’étape soit accepté par le Conseil Scientifique. Le projet doit être parrainé par une Société savante. Les candidats susceptibles de présenter un projet de recherche soutenu par la Bourse ANTEL sont des médecins, des infirmiers (ères), ou tout autre membre d’une corporation intéressée au développement de la télémédecine dans l’offre des soins.
Le projet sera rédigé sur feuilles de format A4 comportant au maximum 15.000 caractères, espaces compris. Il devra préciser le fondement de la recherche pour répondre à un besoin identifié, la méthodologie utilisée, les partenaires associés au projet, les résultats attendus sur la qualité de vie et la sécurité des patients ainsi que l’efficience et la performance médico-économique. Le jury est composé de cinq (5) membres : le Président de la Société de Néphrologie, le Président de la Société Francophone de Dialyse, le Président de l’ANTEL, le Président du Conseil Scientifique de l’ANTEl et un membre du Conseil d’Administration de l’ANTEL.

30 septembre 2010
Le résultat sera proclamé au début de Novembre 2010. Le bénéficiaire de la Bourse ANTEL devra présenter ses résultats à un Congrès de l’ANTEL et soumettre son travail à une revue comportant un comité de lecture.

ERA-EDTA FELLOWSHIPS
We are glad and proud to inform you that the ERA-EDTA Fellowship Programme is successfully continuing and that the next deadline for applications is March 15th.
As you probably already know, this Programme gives the great opportunity to all young investigators to increase their contribution towards the development of Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation in their countries as well as to increase the exchange between European Nephrology Centres. Starting from September 15th 2009 deadline, the Programme is not more restricted to exchanges between different European Countries, but it is also allowed within the same Country of the applicant. However, priority will be given to Fellowships done in a different Country.
The Fellowship Programme is open to the young investigators living in the geographical area of ERA-EDTA, that is all European Countries and the Countries bordering Europe and the Mediterranean Sea:

b) training in specific clinical techniques (e.g. renal biopsy and pathology, epidemiological skills, renal ultrasound and so on…).

NATIONAL SOCIETY OF NEPHROLOGY GRANT
RULES AND REGULATIONS
WHAT IT IS
The ERA-EDTA Grant that is given to each European National Society consists in three years free ERA-EDTA membership (including free access to NDT Online) plus one free Congress Registration to the annual ERA-EDTA Congress.
WHO DOES THE SELECTION
The National Society of Nephrology will decide who will receive this Grant, on the basis of the best abstract submitted to the Congress, with the only provision that the winner must not be older than 40 years of age.
HOW IS IT GIVEN
The ERA-EDTA will provide a diploma to be given by the National Society to the Grant Winner.
WHEN IS IT GIVEN
It should be given during the annual National Congress. ERA-EDTA requires that this Grant be adequately advertised. The ERA-EDTA logo (provided by ERA-EDTA) should appear in the Final Programme (both print and on-line version, if available) next to the name of the winner of this Grant. This Grant should be presented in the preliminary programme as well. A special slide (provided by ERA-EDTA) with the ERA-EDTA logo should be presented during the session in which the Diploma (prepared by ERA-EDTA) is given to the winner of the Grant.
HOW TO REQUEST/RECEIVE IT
In order to receive this Grant the specific “National Congress Grant Application Form” must be filled in by the Local Congress Oranizers on behalf of the National Society of Nephrology, and the Grant Winner, and sent to the appropriate address (see below) no later than one month before the beginning of the National Congress.
